All of RORZE’s Aligner utilize the latest technologies so you can be assured of the accuracy of your operations.

• The RA320 is one of RORZE’s most common aligners with the option of implementing three different alignment modes.
• Three different models available: 8”, 12”, 16” diameter.
• An optional dual sensor can handle two different wafer sizes.
• Optional single axis aligner can be made exclusively for use with RORZE’s range of robots. This requires the smallest space and is very economical.
• Aligner can detect deviation which can then be compensated by the robot which results in faster transfer operations.
